• Professional qualifications : MBA's ( premier institutes only) / CA/CFA’s spiring to build an entrepreneurial career
• Having 2-3 years of experience working with IB firms, Corporate Strategy, or Transaction Advisory to be an integral part of a growing family of professionals.

Associates would be expected to get actively involved at every stage of the transaction, working closely with middle / senior management teams. They should be analytical, have the ability to multi-task, be persuasive, and should possess excellent number crunching analytical skills and have the appetite to grow both as a person and as a professional.
