He has been involved in advising clients across sectors and capitalizations, on capital raising, M&A and related advisory transactions, both domestic and cross-border. And additionally, he has led and managed entire variety of capital market transactions.
As part of the founding leadership at Unieke Capital Sudhaker has actively led andcontributed to the growth and transformation of Unieke Capital from an advisor boutique to a leading mid-market full service investment bank.
Prior to Unieke Capital, Sudhaker headed the investment banking and Capital Market business for National Stock Exchange of India for southern region. Before that he was with Principal Asset manager / Union Asset Managers (A subsidiary of Union Bank of India) / Reliance capital fund houses, heading their corporate investment team for south. He also had a stint with ICICI bank for Corporate banking covering markets like Andrapradesh and Tamilnadu.
He has wide exposure in both Equity and debt and was involved in designing innovative solutions for corporate clients.
He is a software Engineer from CEG Guindy, Anna university with a post graduate in Management from BIM trichy.

Satish Rajendran is an Entrepreneur with interests in multiple businesses across F&B, Education, IT & Consulting sectors. He currently provides Virtual CTO, Digital Marketing & Investment Consulting services for businesses. He also mentors startup founders and business owners.
He started his career as a developer in one of the top 4 IT firms in India and over the next decade moved up ladder and handled multi-million-dollar projects primarily in the Insurance domain.
After a stint of 10+ years in the MNCs he joined a small IT services and product company. Here he worked with several startup founders to build their products.
Later he started his own consulting firm providing Investment consulting, Virtual CTO and Digital Marketing services. He currently spends most of his time in helping businesses in their digital transformation journey and mentoring founders.
