P. Sudhaker is a career investment banker, with over 20+ years of experience across entire spectrum of corporate finance and investment banking. He has been involved in advising clients across sectors and capitalizations, on capital raising, M&A and related advisory transactions, both domestic and cross-border. And additionally, he has led and managed entire variety of capital market transactions.
As part of the founding leadership at Unieke Capital Sudhaker has actively led andcontributed to the growth and transformation of Unieke Capital from an advisor boutique to a leading mid-market full service investment bank.
Prior to Unieke Capital, Sudhaker headed the investment banking and Capital Market business for National Stock Exchange of India for southern region. Before that he was with Principal Asset manager / Union Asset Managers (A subsidiary of Union Bank of India) / Reliance capital fund houses, heading their corporate investment team for south. He also had a stint with ICICI bank for Corporate banking covering markets like Andrapradesh and Tamilnadu.
He has wide exposure in both Equity and debt and was involved in designing innovative solutions for corporate clients.
